Meet Our Team
The Charleston Digital Corridor is highly collaborative organization with advisors hailing from the Charleston tech community and beyond. This allows us to stay lean, relevant and highly responsive to the dynamic needs of our tech community. We believe in community-sourced intelligence as the preferred way to operate.
Ernest is the visionary, founder and Director of the Charleston Digital Corridor. Under his leadership, the Digital Corridor has grown from 18 companies to 450+ companies today and is recognized as a model for high-wage, tech focused economic development. He has been serving the Charleston community for over 30 years!
Ernest has an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives on the success and growth of our tech community. In the rare event he's not working you can find him biking, golf carting or hanging with his dog Gus!
Joe, the unofficial co-founder, has worked with Ernest since the beginning. He now serves a consultative role as Technical Director, assisting in management of all aspects of their IT services and supporting two SaaS apps that the CDC licenses to other communities.

Digital Marketing Coordinator
Maggie is our Social Media maven at the Digital Corridor. You can find her floating around several days a week, keeping our messaging contemporary and consistent.
She began her consulting business in early 2021 to fill a gap in the market. Many organizations, like the CDC, need a focused hands-on specialist who can work efficiently. Maggie takes on a very limited client roster to provide the highest level of service.
Proud cat mom to two black cats, Beatrice and Bacon, she loves Harry Potter and craft beer. Want free marketing advice? Buy her a coffee!
Taylor is the Technical Lead here at the Digital Corridor. She develops and maintains the CDC's website and SaaS platforms as well as assisting member companies with their technical needs. She also leads the charge for the CODEcamp Kids program by developing the curriculum and participating as an instructor.
Originally from Chicago, Taylor is a self taught software engineer with a passion for learning. In her off time, she takes advantage of all the incredible outdoor activities the southeast region provides.
