    Ernest is the visionary, founder and Director of the Charleston Digital Corridor. Under his leadership, the Digital Corridor has grown from 18 companies to 200+ companies today and is recognized as a model for high-wage, knowledge-based economic development.

    Joe serves a consultative role as Technical Director of the Charleston Digital Corridor Foundation advising and/or managing all aspects of their IT services & web properties, CODEcamp & CODEshow content, and the development of two SaaS apps that the CDCF licenses to other communities.

    Eileen supports the Charleston Digital Corridor's growth with a focus on internal operations, programming, process optimization and membership cultivation. She brings a background in nonprofit management, customer service and community outreach. Originally from Colorado, Eileen attended Elon University in North Carolina and has been a Charleston resident since 2013. She is an advocate for experiential education, avid traveler and dog lover.

    Fueled by creativity and coffee, Caroline holds down the fort at Flagship РWestEdge.  She manages social media, branding, and develops relationships to support members. With a background in communications, art, and several years in Charleston's tech industry, she is an example of the opportunities that are uniquely available in the Silicon Harbor. You may catch her in a state of bliss behind the camera at Charleston Digital Corridor events.
