The Charleston Alt.NET User Group is the primary source for the .NET community in Charleston, SC.  As Charleston continues to grow as a thriving tech hub, we are striving to raise awareness about the innovations within the .NET platform, while also exploring new tools to make the life of a developer as enjoyable as possible.

The mission of the Charleston Drupal User Group (CHSDUG) is to spread the use of Drupal in the Lowcountry by holding regular meetups and camps, organizing special events and providing networking opportunities. The Professional Association for SQL Server is committed to empowering the SQL Server community to connect, share, learn, and be inspired through networking and knowledge sharing. The Association has played an active role in restarting and supporting the relaunch of the Charleston chapter. The local chapter leadership is committed to supporting the local SQL professionals.

A makelab can be viewed as an open community lab incorporating elements of machine shops, workshops and/or studios where makers can come together to share resources and knowledge to build and make things. Makelab Charleston, an incorporated nonprofit, is in development and looking for new and active members. Meetings are held every Sunday at 3PM.
