As a Wofford alum, I've always felt strong ties to South Carolina. After many years in Los Angeles, I'm planning to move to Charleston. My ideal opportunity is to lead talent acquisition for a growing company that is innovative, data-driven, and wants to hire the best of the best. I hope to join a team whose members are forward-thinking, tech-driven, and kind.

I've launched 3 successful staffing brands in Los Angeles with tech, creative, marketing science, and paid media capabilities. I've had leadership, training, and operational responsibilities in all of these roles. I'm extremely hands-on and take a consultative full-cycle approach with both candidates and hiring managers. I acted as an in-house/embedded recruiter with a SaaS client for a year during their launch to rapidly scale their organization across all business units. I've recruited passive candidates, director and C-suite executives, and hard-to-find technical candidates successfully. I have a strong entrepreneurial sales background and understand bottom line needs, but I also understand the importance of building relationships and making hiring decisions which are impactful, authentic, and not purely based on profit. I am fairly evenly split left-brain v. right-brain and am extremely organized, analytical, and strategic, but also compassionate, empathetic, and creative.

My timeline to relocate to Charleston is flexible and I welcome the chance to speak about any opportunities.
