Seasoned talent acquisition director with national recruiting experience across experience levels

I went to Wofford and am planning to move back to South Carolina after many years in Los Angeles. My ideal opportunity is to lead talent acquisition for a growing company that is innovative, data-driven, and wants to hire the best of the best. I hope to join a team whose members are forward-thinking, tech-driven, and kind.

I've launched 3 successful staffing brands in Los Angeles with tech, creative, marketing science, and paid media capabilities. I've had leadership, training, and operational responsibilities in all of these roles. I'm extremely hands-on and take a consultative full-cycle approach with both candidates and hiring managers. I acted as an in-house/embedded recruiter with a SaaS client for a year during their launch to rapidly scale their organization across all business units. I've recruited passive candidates, director and C-suite executives, and hard-to-find technical candidates successfully. I have a strong entrepreneurial sales background and understand bottom line needs, but I also understand the importance of building relationships and making hiring decisions which are impactful, authentic, and not purely based on profit. I am fairly evenly split left-brain v. right-brain and am extremely organized, analytical, and strategic, but also compassionate, empathetic, and creative.

My timeline to relocate to Charleston is flexible and I welcome the chance to speak about any opportunities.
