As an Account Director at a digital marketing and public relations agency for the energy and technology industries I project manage integrated marketing campaigns, including branding and messaging, for companies ranging from growth-stage to public. Previously, I worked at a non-profit, environmental education center contracted by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) to advertise state-sponsored incentives for energy efficiency upgrades. While there I also managed Clean Energy Connections, New York City’s premier networking and education event series for clean technology professionals. Before that, I helped launch a cross-country startup-investor pitch event series and software platform for clean technology entrepreneurs.

I want to find a company whose mission I believe in and help it grow over the long term while reaching into multiple different roles and responsibilities. To do so I’ll draw on my experience supporting my current company in its growth from a small, scrappy, traditional PR agency to an established, medium-sized integrated digital marketing firm. That experience includes my annual management of over $1.5M in client contracts and my contributions to new business proposals that lead to an approximately 20% year-over-year firm revenue increase.

I’m interested in how technology can improve society and passionate about finding fresh, creative ways to communicate those benefits, however complex. I’m suited for a range of marketing or project management roles given my background leading teams to accomplish client goals.

Now for the fun stuff: I’m a surfer, wanna-be musician, chef and writer from California. I’ve lived with my wife and dog in Boston, New York City and Philadelphia at various times over the past decade and am now in Charleston to be closer to family and the ocean.
