  • Inventory Tracking
  • All FBA Duties (including getting money back from Amazon for damaged or lost goods)
  • Supply Weekly progress reports
  • Supply Monthly summary reports
  • Manage/Set Up Promotions and Launch Strategy
  • Manage Front Line Customer Service
  • Manage all of your Seller Central Performance Metrics
  • Manage Case Logs in Amazon
  • Work to grow client account sales
