We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our Charleston headquarters. This position entails creating long-term strategic initiatives that will directly impact the SIG brand, market perception and our lead to conversion results. Talented people are what fuel SIG's success, and we are looking for someone who has a true talent for marketing and is motivated to have a direct impact on the growth of the company.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of Marketing experience specializing in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies.

• Experience managing a Marketing Team

• A visionary and a "do-er". Willingness to execute on a tactical level while also being able to plan strategically

• Creative with an eye for good design, graphic design background a PLUS

• Extremely tech savvy

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

• A natural relationship builder

• Impeccable attention to detail, highly organized and a proven master at follow up

• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision

• Ability to prioritize and work independently supporting a team

• Willing to roll-up your sleeves and do the job well

• High energy, positive, outgoing, friendly and fearless

Areas of Focus (but not limited to):

• Create annual marketing plan and ongoing Marketing strategy for SIG

• Oversee all marketing channels and branding efforts (email marketing, SIG website, event marketing, internet marketing, social media, logos, graphic design work)

• Manage the development and strategies of all activities of the Marketing Team to ensure SIG's marketing plan is being effectively implemented

• Develop and communicate reports to ensure that Marketing tactics and efforts are in alignment with company vision

• Develop PR strategies to increase SIG's market perception and awareness in the marketplace

• Oversee listing to closing process along with internal point of contact to ensure all marketing materials are created smoothly and effectively

• Oversee eblast platform list management (segmentation), consistent and ongoing growth of eblast lists

• Report marketing metrics weekly and make actionable recommendations based on reports

• Manage event organization such as company events and charity events
