Admin/Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and manage email blasts on a daily basis
  • Maintain marketing calendar
  • Create and revise Property Sales Packages
  • Interface with Agents on a daily basis as it relates to their specific listings
  • Maintain and track property inventory on Loopnet, Costar and others on a weekly basis
  • Complete and maintain website updates and revisions as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a professional office environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Wordpress
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to focus and execute on tasks without making mistakes
  • Only candidates who show meticulous attention to detail personally and professionally will be considered
