The acquisition - which closed on April 29, 2022, will expand eGroup's reach nationally in the U.S. and dramatically expand its Microsoft 365, Azure, Security & Compliance, and Business Application cloud services.

Founded in 1992 and based in Estero, FL, Enabling Technologies offers innovative Microsoft solutions and services around Microsoft 365, Azure, Security & Compliance, Business Applications, as well as Adoption & Change Management, and Managed Services. Merging the expertise of the two companies will bolster eGroup's cloud capabilities and offer Enabling's clients an expanded portfolio of solutions in the areas of data center, disaster recovery, backup, IT strategy, and optimization, and digital infrastructure.
