Charleston’s Job Prospects Among The Nation’s Best As Employers Plan To Hire

Charleston's job prospects are among the best in the nation heading into the final stretch of 2016, as the region's businesses say they plan to hire more staff, a new survey has found.

Nearly a third of the Lowcountry's employers –- 31 percent –- say they plan to add to their payrolls before the end of the year, according to figures released by the human-resources consulting firm ManpowerGroup. Meanwhile, just 4 percent say they expect to let people go. Read more:
