Domino?s Executive Adds Voice to Talent Management Platform Provider

The Board is positioned to influence the strategy and evolution of PeopleMatter's technology and brand. Patti brings invaluable global enterprise experience and expertise managing strategic human capital initiatives to PeopleMatter's Board of Directors. She has been an innovator and leader in human resources for Domino's Pizza since 2000. She's also been involved in successful mergers, the acquisition and selling of large organizations and participated in the initial public offering and equity program development for Domino's Pizza.

Wilmot leads a best-in-class human resource department for the company-owned Domino's stores, which employ more than 12,000 team members worldwide. She is responsible for learning and development, people practices and labor law initiatives for the franchise community, which includes more than 9,000 stores that employ more than 150,000 team members worldwide.

In addition to being a member of PeopleMatter's Board of Directors, Patti is on the National Chamber Foundation (NCF) Board of Directors, the Women's Leadership Forum and Advisory Board for The People Report. She also serves as a mentor to early professional females and as the Director of Women's Foodservice Forum, Inc.
