The Michigan-based brokerage firm will use the software to provide their customers with a comprehensive and powerful online portal that supports benefit enrollment, employee communication, health and wellness initiatives, and video messaging.

The HR InTouch App increases the company's efficiency with its product offerings for employer groups. Designed for employee self-service, the portal is easy to use and includes educational videos, as well as decision-support tools to guide users step by step through the enrollment process.
• **Integration with employer payroll systems. **Employees can see the impact of their benefit selections on their paychecks in real time. Once the benefit elections are completed and approved, the Benefitfocus Platform synchronizes premium deductions with the employer's payroll system. Employees can also access their paychecks online via HR InTouch, eliminating the need for employers to print and distribute paychecks.
• Enhanced communications through video. The HR InTouch Video Library offers a wide range of healthcare, HR and benefit topics that explain complicated terminology in a brief, easy-to understand manner. For example, the Video Library can demystify all the complexities surrounding the provisions in the healthcare reform law.
