Sabal Names Jay Flynn As Chief Sales And Marketing Officer

DANIEL ISLAND, South Carolina (March 6, 2008) - Sabal Medical Inc, a privately held company whose products are helping hospitals deliver medications to their patients more safely and efficiently, announced today that it has appointed John "Jay" Flynn as its Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.

Flynn, a successful healthcare industry veteran, brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, working for such companies as Siemens, McKesson HBOC, NextRx Corporation, Emergisoft, and most recently MDG Medical.

As Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Flynn will be a key member of the senior management team, accountable for creation and implementation of Sabal's sales and marketing strategies, business partnerships, and initializing the sales funnel. Flynn's appointment is timely, as Sabal is quickly approaching commercialization of its new patient safety solution, MedCenter, aimed at reducing medication errors and improving medication dispensing processes for hospital nursing and pharmacy departments.
