Cyber Sprocket Labs and Keane and Co. Create Next Generation Real Estate Development Website

Cyber Sprocket Labs and Keane and Co. team up to create a next generation real estate development website for the Mixson Avenue development in North Charleston.

InsideMixson.com was coordinated and designed by urban design firm Keane and Co. Cyber Sprocket Labs built InsideMixson.com from the ground up utilizing their proprietary web content management system (CMS), which allows non-technical staff to manage and update the information presented on the site.

Unlike many of these software packages in use today, the Cyber Sprocket software package allows for absolute design freedom. Work began on the site in August 2007 and the web project's primary phase was launched in September 2007.

"InsideMixson.com is an honest, straightforward presentation of what distinguishes Mixson and the developer - the I'On Group - from all other developments; that is, the highest quality design and construction," states Keane and Co. principal Tim Keane. "We are not trying to show you how clever we are with this website. Because Mixson is so good, all we need to do is show you the place."

"Teaming up with Keane's group worked extremely well, since we share similar creative philosophies," said Craig Coffman, creative technologist and co-owner of Cyber Sprocket Labs. "Design shouldn't be compromised for the sake of technology, but should be augmented by it. The result is a visually pleasing, yet simple to navigate website."

About Mixon
On Sept. 29th the award winning I'On Group began selling a bit of European elegance in the Park Circle area of North Charleston, Mixson Avenue. The mixed-use community will include one-, two- and three-bedroom single-family detached and undetached homes with prices starting around the mid $100,000's. The first phase is scheduled for completion by mid-2008 with 250 homes on eight acres. Redevelopment of the 44-acre site is scheduled for completion in 2012 with 950 residential houses, tree-lined streets and parks, and shopping within walking distance.
