Slicker to Launch New Web Portal in June

Slicker Inc., a Digital Corridor-based web development studio, will launch City Slicker, a community portal that will feature news from over 100 businesses including restaurants, entertainment venues, musicians, professional service providers, plantations, and museums.

City Slicker, which will debut in June, is aimed at Internet users seeking to plan their day in the Lowcountry, according to Christopher Metts, founder of Slicker Inc. and lead developer of pressOmatic.

Information appearing in the portal is updated automatically as businesses update their own web sites using pressOmatic, Slicker's proprietary content management solution.
