eGroup Receives 2013 EMC Partner Services Quality Award

eGroup, a Mount Pleasant-based provider of cloud, application and end-user computing services for clients across the Southeast, has received the 2013 EMC Partner Services Quality Award from EMC Corporation for the fourth consecutive year.

EMC Corporation is a publicly-traded company (NYSE: EMC) that enables businesses and service providers to transform their operations and deliver information technology as a service (ITaaS).

The award is based on customer satisfaction ratings and is given to companies that achieve outstanding service excellence and customer satisfaction as measured by the EMC Partner Services Quality (PSQ) program.
