For four consecutive years, the privately held firm has been named a Mortgage Technology Magazine's Top 50 service provider.

Avista Solutions CEO, Mark Phlieger, cited Charleston's support of the technology industry through targeted initiatives, the ability to attract high quality talent and Charleston's lifestyle as primary reasons for choosing to locate their headquarters in Charleston.

"We are very pleased to have directly facilitated the relocation of Avista's headquarters to Daniel Island by providing them a transitional and professional office environment at theFlagship – Charleston's premier co-working and business incubator facility in downtown Charleston," he said.
