Elizabeth Prout signs on as Corridor Roundtable Expert

Charleston, SC (June 14, 2006) - Elizabeth Prout, President of Business Evolutions, is joining the Charleston Digital "Corridor Roundtable" as a business expert.

Elizabeth's firm provides clients with project-based strategic financial leadership. Business Evolutions helps small to medium sized companies maintain positive cash flow, control cost and accelerate profitable growth, allowing entrepreneurs and managers to focus on the business at hand.

Elizabeth has spent the last 25 years working with small to mid size companies ($10M-$50M) providing financial leadership in all areas of accounting, including building loyal teams to sustain and grow the business; establishing comprehensive budgetary processes; implementing financial and management reporting systems; computer conversions; negotiation strategies and exchange of financial information for Due Diligence and M&A's; identifying significant cost reductions, inventory recapture/ valuations and sell off; restructuring of debt; and recapitalization of organizations.

Elizabeth has international experience in setting up representative offices in Thailand and China and establishing corporations in Hong Kong to take advantage of favorable tax regulations.

A native Virginian, Elizabeth received her BS in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University in 1981. In 1991, Ms Prout received her MBA from UNC-Greensboro with a concentration in International Business and holds a CPA from the state of NC with reciprocity in SC.
