Ms. Dawn Porter was named Corporate Controller, Mr. Kenneth Emory was appointed as Head of Professional Services and Mr. P.J. Jade was named Director of Research and Development.

The new members of the management team will play key roles in the company's growth, financial management, customer satisfaction and product direction.

Ms. Porter is a certified public accountant with over fifteen years of highly successful financial management and regulatory compliance experience in public, private, federal and state sectors. Previously, Ms. Porter was the Controller at Life Cycle Engineering, a defense contractor where she was responsible for federal and state reporting and the regulatory compliance for the Defense Audit Agency. Prior to LCE, she was with LS3P, one of the premier architecture companies as the VP of Finance. Most recently Ms. Porter worked for the North Carolina School Systems where she overhauled the fiscal management and controls across county schools, established new internal audits and controls, accounting policies and procedures. Ms. Porter holds a B.A. degree from University of South Florida and a M.A. degree from the Citadel.

Mr. Emory has over twenty years of experience in the information technology industry, spanning public, private, fast growth emerging-technology and Fortune 100 corporations, like Entigo, Kemet Electronics, and Michelin North America. As a seasoned executive, Mr. Emory has a solid track record of successfully building professional services organizations, from ground-up to global 24x7 enterprise services organizations. He was one of the champions and driving forces behind establishing EDI and XML standards for several industries. His domain expertise covers application reliability, IT architecture, commercial systems strategy, electronic commerce and supply chain management. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University where he earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science.

Mr. Jade has joined Modulant from 3Com Corporation where he was the Principal Architect at their corporate headquarters in Silicon Valley, CA. He has twenty years of experience in architecting, building and delivering robust, scalable and high-performance enterprise-class software products, deployed at some of the globe's most demanding environments. He previously held key software engineering, architect and technical leadership roles at Alta Vista, Digital Electronic Corporation, IBM T.J. Watson Research as well as leading emerging-technology companies like, Fore Systems, FindShare and Berkeley Systems. He has strong expertise in transactional systems, distributed computing, security, enterprise architecture, client/server software and web services. He holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and University of Mysore.
