Customer Relationship Management: Managing Customers Profitably

2/20/09

Most business managers agree that their customers are among their most valuable assets. A lot of time and money is committed to the acquisition of new customers but often very few resources are dedicated to managing customer relationships for optimal gain. David Bigness, senior project manager for Technology Partners Management Group, discussed the link between managing customer relationships and the profitability those relationships generate.

Since 1996, Mr. Bigness has served such recognizable companies as Viacom, Deloitte Consulting, SunTrust Bank, and Capital One where his jobs have included project management and risk mitigation. In his current role at the Virginia Department Of Motor Vehicles, David has shown an aptitude for turning around troubled projects and making them a success. He is currently serving as the senior project manager for an engagement ensuring Virginia’s compliance with the Federal Real ID Act
