Developing and Implementing a Sales and Marketing Plan

Anthony Powell, Managing Director of Knowledge Capital Group (KCG), facilitated a discussion on developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan. He shared some of his strategies for constructing realistic, measurable, well-defined sales and marketing objectives consistent with your company’s overall goals.

Before joining KCG, Powell served as the Vice President of Professional Services and Enterprise Sales for Blackbaud (BLKB), a $200 million technology-solutions company that exclusively serves the global nonprofit market. As an officer of the company, he provided strategic direction and overall P&L management for this 300-person, $97 million division.
