BoomTown is a growing, thriving, small business made up of smart, motivated people! We are looking for an extremely qualified Search Engine Marketing Manager (SEM Manager) to help manage the online advertising strategy for our nationwide client base. The SEM Manager will be managing a team of SEM Analysts who are responsible for the online advertising spend of BoomTown clients with traffic sources such as Google AdWords, Bing/Yahoo, HomeGain, Facebook, etc. The primary goal is to drive highly-targeted online homebuyers and sellers to our clients' real estate search websites, and, most importantly, to ensure that these visitors convert into viable leads. Some key performance indicators include visitor-to-lead conversion rate, total leads generated, and cost-per-conversion.
What you do:
The ideal candidate should be strategic, highly productive, creative, and driven to push the limits of conventional SEM strategy. This person should also have experience managing a team of PPC optimization experts and media buyers. Simply put, it is the role of the SEM Manager to help our client partners get the most "bang for their buck" with their online ad spend. The SEM Manager will also strive to uncover innovative new techniques and methodologies that are on the forefront of real estate web marketing.
