Software Trainer/Product Specialist

Position Description

The ideal candidate will have experience with development and execution of training programs and should be professionally skilled in verbal and written communication. User must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications. Prior work experience in software training preferred and 10-25% travel required. Pharmacy experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Windows based applications
• Work effectively with support and implementation to design, implement and maintain training programs based on client and Company needs.
• Conduct training programs for both beginner and advanced users of software applications
• Create and communicate training schedules and offerings to customers
• Remain up to date on software changes and modify training programs and documentation as needed
• Coordinate product documentation including technical training documentation, manuals, user guides, and reference materials
• Conduct internal training for new employees

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience or exposure to pharmacy operations and/or systems.
• Familiarity with training of software programs
