Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to assist with the functionality of software. 
• Conduct onsite and remote customer training on all aspects of Avista's Products 
• Gather information, coordinate and execute implementation of clients on software system with cross-functional departments 
• Strategize and document process improvements for a SaaS product 
• Analyze technical data files to solve customer reported issues 
• Coordinate with engineers during coding and release testing phases 
• Evaluation, prioritization, management, and test newly incorprated features/enhancements 
• Work closely with customers and potential customers for product improvement 

Requirements:

Skills:

A successful candidate will have 3-5 years mortgage banking experience in one of more of the following areas: underwriting, processing, product management or systems implementation. In particular, we are seeking individuals who:

• Have degree and experience with mortgage origination system mortgage product configuration and testing are a plus.
• Have experience in a change management, software implementation, or consulting role.
• Have been trained in and have been successful with a methodology for rolling out business or technology projects. 
• Listen hard and read people well - when a group is in trouble you are the first to figure out why 
• Have no problem with impromptu speaking, training, or technology demonstrations 
• Have strong meeting facilitation skills and create excellent written business communications 
• Are flexible and ready to evolve with a rapidly growing finance technology business and are friendly and approachable
