Position description
The Client Services Consultant will ensure the success of our customers with the tools necessary to successfully utilize the PeopleMatter application to its fullest. This role is highly integrated and will work closely with multiple departments within PeopleMatter including Engineering and Product Development, Quality Assurance, Training and Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach people how to use the application, as well as help them with any challenges they may face, through multiple outlets of communication
- Serve as a product and people expert
- Implement, train, support and delight all users both inside and outside of the application
- Nurture and build loyalty and high adoption of our software
- Ensure that customer/client relationships evolve as the application evolves
- Learn how our software works and maintain current knowledge as our applications grow and change
- Monitor post-implementation system usage
- Collaborate with other PeopleMatter employees to identify and resolve issues
- Organize your work and prioritizing multiple client issues each day
- Participate in the innovation & addition of new features to our software
- Assist clients via email, chat and phone
- Support channel clients with their resale and support efforts
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- 1-3 years experience in customer service, communications, or a computer-related field, preferred
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain poised during new or challenging situations to build the customer’s trust in you and in our company
- Experience with computer applications including the Microsoft Office suite and Web Browsers
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Aptitude to learn new software applications quickly
- Ability to work varying shifts to meet the needs of clients
