The Enterprise Account Executive will have the opportunity to join a team of sales professionals who consistently meet their goals and make quota. The Enterprise Account Executive position will report directly to the SVP of Sales, and will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams throughout the organization to drive the company’s long-term success and immediate sales

Job Description

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and selling peoplematter’s suite of products and professional consulting services to enterprise and mid-market businesses. This person will also be responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish, including researching leads, calling into accounts, qualifying prospects, conducting software demonstrations, and creating proposals.

Job Responsibilites

  • Ability to work well with the entire sales and marketing team
  • Ability to manage opportunities throughout the sales process from lead to closing
  • Ability to provide timely, proactive follow-up on all prospect opportunities
  • Ability to demonstrate software applications via telephone, internet, trade-shows and on-site
  • Ability to maintain a strong knowledge of our products as well as the offerings of our competitors
  • Deploy finished applications
  • Integrate software changes and migrate data of existing systems
  • Use CVS and Subversion to handle software repository changes and edits
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging web technologies
  • Participate in technical design discussion and planning meetings

Required Experience

  • 3+ years experience in frontline business-to-business sales
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota consistently
  • Practical, relevant experience in computer software and technology including Microsoft Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation applications
  • Proven success in selling enterprise software/technology and professional services is helpful
  • BS/BA; MBA helpful
