Marc Murphy, SPARC

As CEO of SPARC, Marc Murphy is responsible for leading the overall corporate direction, business continuity, and management of the organization. He oversees all business and operations done in concert with several Department of the Defense contracts worth a combined value of over $50M. Marc consistently develops strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives to promote revenue, profitability, and growth. In addition, Marc maintains a team of Executives and Directors who drive the operational initiatives of SPARC on a daily basis. Prior to joining SPARC Marc served as the SPAWAR Account Director in the Deloitte DoD/Federal group, where he oversaw all operations, and was responsible for leading strategic initiatives that were critical to the ongoing growth of the company. Marc is a former Army Officer, and left service at the rank of Captain. He has degrees from Bucknell University and American University, and lives in Charleston, SC with his wife Ami and their three children.
